It’s probably time I told you how I work.

Then you can decide.

1. I’m honest and I’ll tell you straight. I wouldn’t be very good if I told you everything is perfect, when you already suspect it isn’t. I’m not here to waste your time. I’ll get right to it.

2. I won’t use jargon or business speak. If you want expensive ‘Blue Sky Thinking’ I’m definitely not your guy.

3. Everything I say or do will be tailored to your business and yours alone. If you choose to request an in depth report, you won’t get a generic ‘action plan’ which could just as easily be sent to 100 similar businesses. That’s a con, and a waste of your money. Your business is unique, so any assistance I can give, will also be.

4. I won’t ask you for any long term commitment. There’ll be no 3, 6, 12 or 24 month plan to agree to, because you may not need it. One meeting? One day? Or a phased series of visits over 12 months. That really is a decision for you and you alone.
